We have a domain.com site at raidboxes. we want to forward domain2.com not just to domain.com it should go to domain.com/domain2.
Please allow us to use this Forward Feature.

You're right, of course, in that we don't offer an easy user-sided option to add a URL redirect on the domain level at the moment. The solution for this depends on where your domain is currently hosted – and I will of course also give an update on the issue itself.
If the domain hosted with us, you can get in touch with my Support colleagues. They can set up a URL redirect on a domain level.
If the domain ist hosted externally, the domain should be able to help you with that. Either through a UI option or their support team. However, there's no guarantee that the domain provider actually offers such an option.
Side note: There's a myriad of use cases that use these redirects and depending how and where your DNS records are managed (e.g. in Cloudflare) there are different options to choose from. The Support team will be to recommend the best fit for your use case, though :)
As for the feature itself: Box Domain Management is not built for this option at the moment. However, we do have the option to at least offer a workaround via our domain provider. In a first step we will check if and how their API supports these types of redirects. If they do, chances are good that we can try and add it to a future Dashboard 2.0 release.
I'll keep you posted on the review result and next steps for this idea
